The advantage of oxidation is that substances are permanently destroyed rather than simply converted into a different phase, as is the case with evaporation or other physical processes.
We are the only supplier, which equips submerged disinfection devices like Microspear® and Microfloat® with internal grounding for the built-in ground fault control.
This is the only way we can ensure that the devices stay electrically safe even in the case of breakage or damage.

For 11 years, the world’s largest manufacturer of antibiotics sought a solution to its wastewater problem. Today, an enviolet UV-AOP system reliably breaks down the antibiotics and their degradation products resulting from the synthesis of active ingredients. The coffee-brown wastewater at the start of treatment has COD concentrations of 60 to 75 g/L and contains highly toxic organic compounds. During the Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP), these compounds are broken down by oxidation, so that the toxicity of the wastewater is completely eliminated. The water can then be further treated in the existing biological wastewater treatment plant.
Before the enviolet system was installed, parts of the wastewater were discharged in diluted form or incinerated at great expense. Today, the UV-AOP system eliminates around 4,800 kg of antibiotic-active compounds daily before they enter the aquatic environment.
The operator was awarded an environmental prize for this pioneering environmental achievement.

Since 2013, enviolet has been offering the Synviolet®, a light reactor for photochemical synthesis with ATEX certification. The reactor is designed for use with organic solvents and operation in potentially explosive atmospheres.
The Synviolet® series is based on a modular concept and can be flexibly configured from various components.
In addition to the development and construction of photoreactors, we have extensive experience in the associated measurement, control, process and separation technology, as well as expertise in the underlying chemistry of the reactions to be carried out. This expertise, gained from numerous completed industrial projects, enables us to provide our customers with comprehensive support to large-scale implementation.
