We are the only supplier, which equips submerged disinfection devices like Microspear® and Microfloat® with internal grounding for the built-in ground fault control.

Electrical design
Enviolet is designing not only chemical process and design including material and heat-balance, but also complete electrical design of the entire system, in many cases du to special customer requirements:
- power supply
- electrical cabinet
- PLC-system (if supplied)
- wiring diagram
- operation manual
Supplied certificates also include the electrical system based on our design.
Wiringplan and Software
Our experts design the wiring diagrams using standard software programmes, in accordance with the relevant VDE regulations. The basis for this is always the process flow diagram, which has been assessed internally as part of a ‘Safety Assessment’ using the FMEA method and improved where necessary. Taking into account the customer’s specifications, an electrical circuit diagram is then drawn up, incorporating the labelling requirements from the process flowchart; this is discussed with the customer’s experts, refined and finally approved. This then forms the basis for the construction of the control cabinet.
Automation and Communication-Interfaces
The software for automation of PLC and HMI is clarified at the time the order is placed and, in line with the latest state of the art, usually consists of a stand-alone solution with a customised data bus interface to a higher-level customer control system. Here, too, our aim is to combine our expertise in control systems with the requirements arising from the customer’s production processes. Regardless of what data the customer requires and which parameters they wish to influence. Our programmers provide or accept these communication data, whether it is purely technical or business-related – the latter becoming increasingly important in the context of ‘Industry 4.0’. As with electrical design, programming is therefore one of our core competencies, which Enviolet does not outsource. Direct contact between our programmers and the client’s programmers streamlines discussions regarding interfaces and leads to efficient solutions in the data communication between our PLC and the customers DCS.
Enviolet offers two fundamentally different software lines – the batch software and the DLA software (for systems with continuous feed and discharge) – both of which are subject to ongoing development. Customers receive a software licence along with their system.
