We are coming to the end of an unusual year – unusual in many ways.
One positive trend in 2020 is that we were able to strengthen our global orientation and broaden our customer portfolio in many regions throughout the world. This is owing to our ability to build high-quality systems tailored to customer-specific requirements and to integrate these individually into highly complex application settings.
Corona has foiled many plans this year and we are no exception to this. However, this has helped us to gain new perspectives, allowing us to look ahead to 2021 with new technologies and ideas as well as a good helping of optimism. We have, for example adjusted our service procedures to fit the new situation, thus maintaining a highs levels of system operability.
Unfortunately, there are many people on the planet who cannot share in our optimism. We trust that you will approve of a donation of 5000€ to Welthungerhilfe (World Hunger Aid) in lieu of a Christmas gift.
